連携アラーム（Sync Alarm）利用規約・プライバシーポリシー

【利用規約】

第1条（本規約について）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリ「連携アラーム」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用したお客様（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（本アプリの機能）

本アプリは、複数の端末間でアラーム・タイマーを自動で同期し、グループ（家族・友人など）で共有できることを目的としたサービスです。ユーザーは招待コードを用いてグループを作成・参加できます。

第3条（アカウント）

本アプリは匿名認証を使用しており、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報の入力を必須としません。ニックネームは任意に設定可能で、グループ参加者にのみ表示されます。

第4条（有料機能・アプリ内課金）

本アプリは、以下の有料機能を提供しています。

・サウンドパック・録音再生（買い切り）

・広告非表示・グループ台数無制限（買い切り）

・月額プラン（自動更新サブスクリプション。上記すべてを含む）

月額プランは、解約手続きを行わない限り自動的に更新されます。購読期間・価格は購入画面に表示される内容のとおりです。更新の停止は、端末の「設定」アプリ＞Apple ID＞サブスクリプションからいつでも行えます。購入手続きはApple社のApp Storeを通じて行われ、Apple社の利用規約も別途適用されます。

第5条（声の録音機能）

ユーザーは、自身の声を録音してアラーム音として設定できます。録音した音声はユーザー自身の責任で作成・利用されるものとし、当方は録音内容を確認・管理いたしません。不適切な音声の録音・共有によって生じたトラブルについて、当方は責任を負いません。

第6条（グループ機能）

招待コードを知っている人であれば、グループへの参加をリクエストできます。招待コードの管理はユーザーの責任で行ってください。グループ内で共有された情報（アラーム設定・タイマー・録音音声など）は、グループ参加者全員が閲覧・利用できる状態になります。

第7条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

・当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

・本アプリの逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル・リバースエンジニアリング

・不正な目的での本アプリの利用

・グループ機能を利用した嫌がらせ・迷惑行為

第8条（免責事項）

本アプリは、端末の設定（マナーモード・集中モード・省電力設定など）やOSの仕様により、アラームが正しく作動しない場合があります。当方は、アラームが作動しなかったことにより生じた遅刻・寝坊その他の損害について、一切の責任を負いません。当方は、本アプリの利用によりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。

第9条（サービスの変更・終了）

当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中止することができるものとします。

第10条（本規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの通知なく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当方が指定する場所に掲示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

第11条（準拠法）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

第12条（お問い合わせ）

本アプリに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内の「アプリ作成者にメッセージを送る」よりご連絡ください。

【プライバシーポリシー】

当方は、本アプリ「連携アラーム」（Sync Alarm）における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

・匿名ID：Firebase Authenticationによる匿名認証で発行される識別子（氏名・メールアドレス等の入力は不要です）

・ニックネーム：ユーザーが任意に設定する表示名（グループ参加者にのみ表示）

・アラーム・タイマー・グループの設定情報：グループ名、招待コード、アラーム時刻、サウンド設定等

・録音した音声データ：ユーザーがアラーム音として録音した音声（機能を利用した場合のみ）

・プッシュ通知トークン：通知を送信するための端末識別情報

・利用状況データ：Firebase Analyticsによる、アプリの利用状況に関する統計情報（個人を特定しない形式）

・広告関連情報：Google AdMobによる広告配信のための端末識別子等

・購入情報：Apple社のApp Storeを通じた決済情報（当方はクレジットカード情報等を直接取得しません）

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

・アラーム・タイマーの複数端末間同期、グループ共有機能の提供

・プッシュ通知の送信

・アプリの利用状況分析・品質改善

・広告の配信

・お問い合わせへの対応

3. 第三者への提供・委託

本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用しており、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

・Firebase（Google LLC）：認証・データ同期・分析・プッシュ通知

　https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

・Google AdMob（Google LLC）：広告配信

　https://policies.google.com/privacy

・Apple社（App Store）：アプリ内課金の決済処理

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記以外の第三者に提供することはありません。

4. グループ機能における情報共有

グループに参加すると、ニックネーム・アラーム設定・タイマー設定・録音音声などの情報が、同じグループの参加者全員に共有されます。グループから退出した場合、以後その情報は共有されなくなります。

5. お子様のご利用について

本アプリは家族での利用を想定した機能を含みますが、お子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。当方が意図的に、保護者の関与なく特定のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. データの保管期間

グループ関連の情報は、グループが存在する期間中保管されます。ユーザーがグループから退出した場合、または本アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内のデータは削除されます。サーバー上のデータについても、合理的な期間内に削除されます。

7. 安全管理措置

取得した情報は、Firebase等の信頼できるクラウド基盤上で、合理的な安全管理措置のもとで管理されます。

8. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、いつでもグループから退出し、録音した音声を削除することができます。保存されている情報の確認・削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更等に応じて、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内または当方が指定する場所に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

Article 1 (About these Terms)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the smartphone application "Sync Alarm" ("the App"), provided by its developer ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, users ("you") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (App Features)

The App automatically synchronizes alarms and timers across multiple devices and allows sharing within a group (e.g., family or friends). Users can create or join a group using an invite code.

Article 3 (Accounts)

The App uses anonymous authentication and does not require entering personal information such as a name or email address. Users may optionally set a nickname, shown only to members of their group.

Article 4 (Paid Features / In-App Purchases)

The App offers the following paid features:

- Sound Pack / Voice Recording Playback (one-time purchase)

- Remove Ads / Unlimited Group Devices (one-time purchase)

- Monthly Plan (auto-renewing subscription, includes all of the above)

The Monthly Plan renews automatically unless cancelled. Subscription length and price are shown on the purchase screen. You can cancel anytime via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are also subject to Apple's own terms.

Article 5 (Voice Recording Feature)

Users may record their own voice to use as an alarm sound. Users are solely responsible for the content they record and share. We do not review or moderate recorded content and are not liable for issues arising from inappropriate recordings.

Article 6 (Group Feature)

Anyone who knows the invite code may request to join a group. Users are responsible for managing their invite codes. Information shared within a group (alarm settings, timers, voice recordings, etc.) becomes visible to all group members.

Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not:

- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals

- Infringe on the rights of us or third parties

- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App

- Use the App for any unauthorized or fraudulent purpose

- Harass or cause trouble to others through the group feature

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

Alarms may fail to trigger correctly due to device settings (e.g., Silent Mode, Focus Mode, low-power settings) or OS limitations. We are not liable for any damages, including oversleeping or lateness, resulting from an alarm failing to go off. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

Article 9 (Changes to / Discontinuation of the Service)

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Revised Terms take effect once posted within the App or at a location designated by us.

Article 11 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 12 (Contact)

Privacy Policy

We set out this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding how we handle users' information in connection with the App "Sync Alarm."

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following information:

- Anonymous ID: an identifier issued via Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in (no name or email required)

- Nickname: a display name optionally set by the user, shown only to group members

- Alarm / Timer / Group settings: group name, invite code, alarm times, sound settings, etc.

- Voice recordings: audio recorded by the user to use as an alarm sound (only if this feature is used)

- Push notification token: a device identifier used to deliver notifications

- Usage data: anonymized usage statistics collected via Firebase Analytics

- Advertising data: device identifiers used by Google AdMob to serve ads

- Purchase information: payment processing handled by Apple's App Store (we do not directly receive your payment card details)

2. Purpose of Use

We use the collected information to:

- Provide alarm/timer synchronization across devices and group sharing features

- Send push notifications

- Analyze usage and improve the App

- Serve advertisements

- Respond to inquiries

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

- Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, data sync, analytics, push notifications — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

- Google AdMob (Google LLC): advertising — https://policies.google.com/privacy

- Apple (App Store): payment processing for in-app purchases

We do not share collected information with third parties other than those listed above, except as required by law.

4. Information Sharing within Groups

When you join a group, your nickname, alarm settings, timer settings, and voice recordings become visible to all members of that group. Once you leave a group, this information is no longer shared with that group.

5. Children's Use

The App includes features intended for family use. If a child uses the App, please ensure this occurs under a parent or guardian's supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without guardian involvement.

6. Data Retention

Group-related data is retained while the group exists. When a user leaves a group or uninstalls the App, locally stored data is deleted, and server-side data is deleted within a reasonable period.

7. Security

Collected information is managed on trusted cloud infrastructure such as Firebase, with reasonable security measures in place.

8. Your Rights

You may leave a group or delete your voice recordings at any time. To request access to or deletion of your stored information, please contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time without notice, in response to legal changes or changes to the service. Revised versions take effect once posted within the App or at a location designated by us.
